SpeedGate Photocell – Frederiksen [80711]

Description

SpeedGate is a “stand-alone” measuring instrument, as its display makes an external counter unnecessary. It consists of a photocell with two parallel laser beams, and with the two laser beams it is possible to directly measure the speed of objects passing the photocell. SpeedGate can also be used together with external signals to start and stop timing. This makes it possible to measure the time interval between the passage of two photocells. The inputs can also be used completely without using the laser beams as a signal, since SpeedGate can also be used universally as a timer, e.g. along with two microphones. Supplied with four AA batteries, however, a USB-mini A cable can be also be used as
a power supply (BEES code 80712), simply by removing the batteries. Compatible with Frederiksen Airtrack (BEES code 80701).
